How to Make the Best Banana Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork.

Add 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon baking soda, a pinch of salt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.

Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and slicing it to serve.
