Kelly Clarkson Opens Up About Weight Loss,

Last week, Kelly Clarkson, 41, revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she no longer wears Spanx due to her weight loss, according to Life & Style.

In a singing game, Kelly said, "This building is freezing. I no longer need Spanx. I wear them as thermals."

Kelly discussed throwback photos with Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush, 41, on November 7.

Kelly said she "had many stages" of being larger than she intended, and Jenna said she was "chubby" in college.

"I love losing weight, but here's the thing, jeans are so hard when you have a butt and a smaller waist," remarked. "I know this is a first-world issue. This is a major issue."

Kelly has previously discussed her health and fitness routine, but not recently her weight loss efforts.

In 2020, she told Ellen DeGeneres, "When I'm fit, I kickbox hardcore. Sometimes I don't and say, "I'd rather have wine," per People.

The singer wrote, "Other phony news about me is that I've been using weight-loss drugs or doing fad diets. This is all false. No time for that. I always eat the same. All created with varied flours/sugars/ingredients."
